Job summary

BUZZ Bingo in Liverpool Croxteth Club is seeking a Customer Assistant on a flexible 16-hour contract. You will greet players, deliver warm, personalised service, handle transactions, and keep front-of-house areas clean and welcoming.

The role supports team objectives across the club during evenings and weekends, with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive environment. We value people-focused candidates with strong communication skills, cash handling ability, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first class, personalised customer service in face-to-face settings such as hospitality, retail or leisure.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Good numeracy and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible across all Club areas including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar and kitchen, ensuring high presentation.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Create a Safer Gambling Environment for customers and colleagues across all channels.

Join us as a Customer Assistant in our Liverpool Croxteth Club offering a 16 hour contract which is fully flexible over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.

The Role You ll Play

As a Customer Assistant you go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our Customers. You will do the right thing always by looking after our Customers as caring for people is in our DNA.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live

The Winning Combination We re Looking For

• Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
• Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations when necessary
• Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
• You are confident at challenging the way things are done and can make sure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
