Job summary

Join Sainsbury's in Leicester as a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding service and support across the store. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, pick orders, and use digital tools to enhance the shopping experience. A team‑oriented, flexible approach is essential in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and presentation.

You’ll learn products, promotions, and store procedures to confidently recommend items and provide a great customer journey every day.

• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
