Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant in the United Kingdom. You’ll restock shelves, operate tills, and keep the store clean and welcoming while delivering great service. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45 on a 35-hour contract with weekend shifts.

You’ll benefit from 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension, and opportunities to progress into Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialist roles as you grow with the team.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
