Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to help customers, stock deliveries, and keep the store clean and organized. Expect varied shifts, a focus on customer service, and a chance to progress into Freshness or Bakery specialties as you grow with the team.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.45–£14.45) with additional pay on bank holidays and nights, and a benefits package to support well-being and life outside Lidl.

You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
