John Lewis in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and showcase our in-store experiences that customers remember. You will help create a welcoming environment, answer questions, and guide shoppers to the products they need.
As part of the store team you’ll support stock checks, displays, till operations, price ticketing and general shop-keeping tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product knowledge to drive loyalty and sales.

Alongside the great service you provide to our customers, you'll deliver exceptional shop standards through displays, stock availability and general cleanliness. Knowing your customers will enable you to provide the best service we're known for and build their loyalty with our brand for a lifetime.
Working in our shops can be fast-paced and varied. On a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for:
Hours of full time work (37.5 hours per week) across Monday- Sunday. Vacancy: between Monday to Sunday within the hours of 05:50- 15:10.
