What Division will I be working in?

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, serving business customers across the UK and Ireland. Join us and be part of our growth journey. Learn more about our division at Commercial Vehicle Hire | Enterprise Flex-E-Rent (flexerent.co.uk).

You will join our depot team for in-person coaching and online training with our Talent Development team, gaining valuable skills and understanding of our business from the ground up. Our focus on employee development ensures a comprehensive training experience, with the Customer Assistance Representative role offering excellent progression opportunities through our in-house training and development roadmap.

We reward commitment and progress, with the potential to increase your salary by £1,000 in your first year. Completing the training roadmap (typically around 10 months) will lead to your first promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Representative, with further development opportunities including our leadership development programme, covering areas such as Fleet Logistics, Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Management, HR, and Operations. This prepares you for management roles and future career growth within Enterprise.

Hours

42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, from 07:30/8:30 to 16:30/17:30.

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Trafford Park Road, Manchester M17 1AN.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistance Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and support operations through excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, managing a fleet of commercial vehicles using our systems. You will develop new business, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to profitability by focusing on revenue opportunities and cost controls.

We will teach you how to communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management, enabling you to build long-term relationships with local business partners and decision makers.
