Job description

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
• Managing a full store operation overnight, taking responsibility for the full shift, safety, and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensuring high standards are maintained to prepare the store for opening and customer service.
• Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling, and payroll.

Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

• Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.

• Capable of leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
