Job description

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
• Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently overnight, being responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensuring high standards are maintained for a ready-to-serve store each morning.
• Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll.

Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary. Nightshifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00.
