Job description

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
• Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently overnight, responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level to be ready to serve customers come morning.
• Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and pay accuracy.

Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary. Night shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00.

• Comfortable with nightshift work and adaptable to its physical and mental impacts, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the team.
• Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Resilient to handle the mental and physical demands of night work.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team in delivering the same.
• Experience in monitoring KPIs or other performance indicators.
• Ability to manage disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
• Leadership skills to operate independently in the absence of senior management.
