Job description

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store, while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
• Often managing a full store operation independently overnight, responsible for the entire shift and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensuring high standards are maintained to prepare the store for opening and customer service.
• Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.

Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

• Previous experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational setting.

• Experience in monitoring KPIs or other performance metrics.
• Capable of managing disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
• Comfortable leading store operations independently when needed.
