Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates smoothly every day.
  • Taking responsibility for the daily running of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.
  • Collaborating with a team to complete tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
  • Managing people by overseeing performance, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
  • Supporting other stores in the network as needed.
