Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Customer Analytics Consultant to turn data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy, performance analytics and business decisions across products and journeys.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop dashboards for self-serve insights, support data quality and governance, and work in a hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% from Stratford-upon-Avon.

You’ll work with management and stakeholders across the business to uncover insights into customer needs, behaviours and experiences, using this to enhance customer strategies. You’ll combine strong technical capability with a consultative approach, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable informed decision making. Your work will focus on key customer areas such as product performance, customer experience, retention, channel behaviour and customer journeys. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver high quality analysis, build and maintain dashboards that enable self-serve access to insights, and ensure outputs are accurate and aligned to agreed standards. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that add measurable value. You’ll also support data quality and governance activities, contributing to robust processes and ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations.
