Job summary

Henderson Group in Templepatrick is seeking a Customer Advisor for a full‑time 37.5 hour week, with shifts from 6:00am to 12:00am and flexibility within store hours.

You will assist customers, operate checkouts, replenish and merchandise stock, and maintain accurate pricing. Training is provided and a positive, energetic team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers’ needs and advise about products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure stock is replenished daily while following the company stock rotation process.
• Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales and ensure correct shelf labeling.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times within the store.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Other duties as required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
