Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for EUROSPAR Templepatrick, Antrim Rd, Templepatrick. The role involves helping customers, operating tills, and ensuring stock is well merchandised and priced. Flexibility to cover store hours, including weekends, is required.

You will be part of a team focused on delivering excellent service, supporting community initiatives, and working within a family‑owned NI group with strong values and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Listening to and understanding customers' needs and advising on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising to drive sales.
• Maintain price integrity with shelf labels and displays.
• Provide high level of customer service and flexibility for post office duties if required.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Customer Advisor

Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 12:00am, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, full flexibility within the opening hours of the store will be expected.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.
