A leading home improvement retailer in Plymouth is seeking a Customer Advisor to support customers with their projects and enhance in-store displays. The role requires strong communication skills and a knack for organizational tasks. Ideal candidates should have retail sales experience and be capable of working flexible hours including weekends. Customer Advisor - Retail Change
Full time / Part time - XX hours per week
Permanent Contract / XX Month Fixed Term Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday 7.00am - 10.00pm
UK Notional hourly rate 12.71 per hour (Inclusive of an xx per hour store specific location allowance)

Join our team and you'll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important of course as will things like managing stock, setting up displays and making sure your store looks great. When we need to update our ranges in store you will help make this happen by safely changing the layout and shining the spotlight on new exciting times where no change is happening you'll have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get you'll feel right at home with us. You're an organised and analytical thinker and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to work as a team supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do together. You'll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You're great at working in a team too and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
