Job summary

B&Q Stevenage is seeking a Customer Advisor for Checkouts on a 3 month fixed term contract. The position is part-time, 18 hours per week, with shifts including two evenings and weekend work. The role carries a UK notional hourly rate of £13.10, including a location allowance.

You will help customers at the tills, support click & collect, set up displays, and maintain a welcoming store environment. A friendly, team-focused attitude is essential.

What's the job?

Join our team, and you'll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like click & collect, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You'll have the opportunity to be trained in various areas, but on the tills truly great customer service will be your main aim.
