Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Yeovil is hiring a Customer Advisor to support in-store shopping and online order collection. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is based at Yeovil Babylon Hill Argos, BA21 5BT, and involves delivering friendly customer service on tills, collection points and the shop floor.

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts,including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
