What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent service at the tills, website screens, and collection counter.
• Assist customers by collecting products from the stock area, taking payments, providing information on financial services, and processing refunds.
• Support customers on the shop floor with questions and product recommendations, and help in the stockroom during quieter times.
• Develop knowledge about products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
