Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor for Argos Retail in Barrow-in-Furness. Part-time hours (6 per week) with a fixed-term assignment through 8 January 2027.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service across tills, collection points, and shop floor, with opportunities to upsell and advise on products and services. You’ll need right to work in the UK and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy store environment.

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
