Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Care Call Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Attending to individuals in their homes who have experienced a fall, using specialist lifting equipment to assist them
  • Collaborating with Police, Ambulance crews, Social Services, and internal departments

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence (essential), but personal car access is not required
  • Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, with shifts including early (6:45am-2:45pm), late (2:30pm-10:30pm), and night (10pm-7am)
