Job summary

B&Q Sidcup is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time role (20 hours per week) with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 5.00am to 10.00pm. The role includes sales, stock management and display setup, with training in paint-mixing and timber cutting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles preferred.
• Able to assist customers with product selection and home improvement advice.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and assist customers across departments.
• Manage stock levels, set up product displays and ensure the store looks presentable.
• Provide great service and support to customers, including handling inquiries and returns.
• Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting will be provided.

The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.What We NeedHappy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us.
