A leading home improvement retailer in Shrewsbury is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will provide expert advice to customers, manage stock, and ensure the store looks great while delivering outstanding service. Salary: UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour (Inclusive of an £xx per hour, store specific location allowance)*
Increasing to £13.10 per hour from 1st April 2026

What's the job?

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.

• You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
