Job Vacancy: Customer Advisor – Contact Centre

  • Location:Office-based, Newcastle
  • Salary: £12,375 basic, with an OTE of £16,875 per year (uncapped)
  • Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Friday

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the world-class experience they expect from our brands while collaborating with our dealership sales and aftersales teams to drive bookings, appointments, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service, MOT, and maintenance bookings, engaging with customers to secure repeat business and uncover opportunities.
  • Handleinbound and outbound calls, as well as customer sales enquiries viaemail and live chat, ensuring swift and professional responses.
  • Build strong, relationships with customers while adhering to allbrand and manufacturer standards.
  • Maximise efficiency and deliver a seamless customer journey usingLookers’ technology platforms.

Working Hours

Our Contact Centres operate:

  • Monday to Friday:8:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday:9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Sunday & Bank Holidays:10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, with any changes communicated at least one month in advance.
