Overview

Job Vacancy: Customer Advisor – Contact Centre

Location: Office-based, Premium Darnley
Department: Customer Contact Centres / Customer Engagement
Salary: £22,000 basic, with an OTE of £30,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis covering Monday-Sunday.

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for Lookers. Working closely with our dealership sales and aftersales teams, you’ll drive bookings and appointments while upholding the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book service, MOT, and maintenance appointments, with a focus on customer retention and upsell opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer sales enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations by maintaining strong relationships with customers and adhering to all brand and manufacturer standards.
  • Utilise Lookers’ technologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Our contact centres operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Sunday/Bank Holidays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, with potential changes communicated one month in advance.
