Overview

The Vacancy: We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Metro Centre, Gateshead working 16 hours over 4 days per week. This role will involve working weekends and weekdays on a rota basis, and we are looking for individuals with flexibility across 7 days.

As a Customer Advisor, you're the heart of our stores. Not only will you provide excellent, tailored service to our customers, you'll be there to:

Responsibilities

• Help our customers look & feel great
• Showcase our 'feel great footwear', that feels as great as it looks
• Support the operations of the store
• Organise deliveries
• Be involved in stock movements
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment
• Support sales targets by identifying customer needs and providing suitable product recommendations
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment
• Work as part of a growing, profitable business with family values & green credentials, with opportunities for progression
