Customer Advisor (R64627) Crickhowell, Wales
Department: Customer Services
Hours: 4 on, 4 off – 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm)
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for merchants, card holders, and field support teams
- Provide 1st line support, including ATM fault handling and remote fixes
- Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor our ATM estate in real-time to ensure uptime and reliability
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and switchboard activity
- Record and log all interactions accurately
- Support and collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and even Company Directors
- Get involved in exciting projects that shape the future of customer service
Requirements
- Five GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment (phone or face-to-face)
- Great IT skills and confidence with learning new systems
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
