Department: Customer Services
Hours: 4 on, 4 off – 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm)

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for merchants, card holders, and field support teams
  • Provide 1st line support, including ATM fault handling and remote fixes
  • Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor our ATM estate in real-time to ensure uptime and reliability
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and switchboard activity
  • Record and log all interactions accurately
  • Support and collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and even Company Directors
  • Get involved in exciting projects that shape the future of customer service
Requirements
  • Five GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service environment (phone or face-to-face)
  • Great IT skills and confidence with learning new systems
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
