You will get to know each customer and their home improvement projects, with responsibilities including sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance. Training opportunities in paint-mixing and timber cutting will be available, but delivering excellent customer service is your main goal.
We are looking for someone who is eager to help, willing to learn, and has a passion for home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is essential. You should also be comfortable using new technology and learning new methods, and be a team player.
