Salary: £26004.58 - £28,139.83 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract Duration: Permanent

Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Advisor to join our Customer Advice and Support Service based at the Peebles Contact Centre and Innerleithen Library Contact Centre. The post is full time and permanent. You will provide advice and support to customers via telephone, email, live chat and face to face on a wide range of council services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential
  • At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English.
  • Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2.
