About the Role

Zest4 (a Focus Group Company) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Operations Advisor to join our growing IoT team. In this role, you’ll support our UK-wide channel partners by provisioning, managing, and servicing IoT solutions. You’ll work across multiple platforms and systems, ensuring accurate data handling and excellent service delivery.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a technical mindset and a desire to grow in the fast-evolving IoT space. Full training and a tailored development plan will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision new business across various network platforms
• Manage in-life changes and tasks via internal and external portals
• Accurately input data into network systems and billing platforms
• Communicate effectively with partners and customers via phone and email
• Collaborate with billing teams to ensure correct setup of tariffs and products
• Develop a strong understanding of Zest4’s IoT product range
• Support cross-functional teams and contribute to wider business projects
