Managing Online Portals: Adding and removing items from customers individual online portals to ensure a great service and system for them.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries.

Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights to enhance team performance.
