Job description

We are currently recruiting for a temporary customer service administrator to start immediately for a company local to Maidenhead. You must be able to drive to get to this remote location, there is plenty of parking.


The hours will be full time Monday to Friday and you will be required to be 100% office based.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Booking in appointments and some diary management
  • Updating the CRM system

Key Requirements Include:
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident to make a number of calls daily
  • Able to multi-task
  • Good attention to detail
