Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company's Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form videos built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs). The Disney+ team is responsible for the country launches and day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics. The EMEA Customer Acquisition team's mission is to make it as easy as possible for potential customers to discover and sign-up to Disney+. You will be part a team of four optimising the disneyplus.com experience to drive acquisition, upgrades/downgrades, reduce cancellations and optimise winback tactics, also leveraging other owned channels such as email, app notifications, and more. You will be working closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Design and Local teams to define and execute the testing roadmap, implement winning treatments and promote key beats. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
