About the Role:
In this exciting role, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing new customers on board. You’ll be responsible for completing customer due diligence, assessing affordability, and guiding customers through their loan options.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Verify customer identity and income through thorough due diligence checks.
  2. Assess financial affordability by analyzing income and expenditure.
  3. Conduct telephone consultations to establish accurate monthly outgoings.
  4. Provide clear explanations and complete quotations to empower customers to make informed decisions.
  5. Actively progress applications through outbound calls.
  6. Handle customer and dealer inquiries regarding application status.

Who You Are:

  1. A confident and articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  2. A natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Experienced in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment (ideal).
  4. Proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  5. A team player with a supportive and inclusive approach.
  6. Experience in a regulated environment (a plus).
  7. Knowledge of the sub-prime market (highly desirable).
  8. Minimum GCSE level qualification or equivalent.
