£23-£27K DOE plus attractive bonus
Full Time
Permanent Contract
Location: Newtownards or Saintfield
Mon-Fri 9am -5pm (flexible working requests may be considered)

About the Agency
We are one of NFU Mutual's Agencies, covering North and East Down and based in offices in Newtownards & Saintfield. We have excelled in providing a first-class service to our ever-increasing portfolio of diverse business and personal clients in the insurance, financial services and risk management sectors. We have an additional exciting opportunity for someone to join our growing and successful team.

About the role:
As a Customer Account & Sales Executive within our team, you'll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing exceptional customer service, you'll handle enquiries from existing customers and complete insurance policy changes with a 'can-do' proactive enthusiasm. You will prospect, engage with new customers, and cross-sell our wide range of products and services. You'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.

About You

  • A real people person with drive, energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills & relationship building abilities.
  • Pro-active and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in or an understanding of the insurance/financial services sector preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong IT literacy; experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems and Social Media skills is an advantage.

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum - Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
  • Desired - A levels &/or degree (or equivalent)
