Customer Account Manager (FMCG)

£30,000 to £35,000 + benefits

Dungannon

We are working with a successful local FMCG producer to recruit for their new permanent Customer Order / Account Manager who will work as a main point of contact for a number of customer accounts.

Reporting into management you will work on managing customers orders and accounts, ensuring that customer accounts are maintained and delivered to the highest standards, this will include;

• Sales order processing and administration
• Working with internal departments on customer orders
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout
• Oversee daily account operations such as product listings, contract execution, delivery coordination etc
• Engaging in new product launches, client & customer visits, trade fairs and events through to tasting sessions!

What we are looking for…

• Experience gained in a similar role within an FMCG (customer focused technical experience is desirable)
• Commercial awareness
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound level of IT literacy
