As a Customer Account Manager, you will handle the entire process of providing loans to our customers. This includes speaking with customers enquiring at the local branch, establishing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout the full loan lifecycle.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent rapport-building abilities both over the phone and face-to-face, and a keen eye for detail. We are passionate about our customers, and our employees demonstrate this through delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

Up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus monthly bonus.
