Job summary

Eurocell plc is hiring a Customer Account Manager at our Penny Emma Way Site in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will manage branch and 3rd party customer accounts, handle quotes and orders, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience including logistics and credit checks.

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Design and strong teamwork are required. The role focuses on designing and quoting the full product range for Conservatory Roofs, with a salary of £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service/Account Management role.
• Knowledge of conservatory roofs is desirable.
• Good IT skills including AutoCAD/Design.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships for an assigned region and customers.

Due to continued growth we are currently looking for additional Customer Account Manager to join our team based at our Penny Emma Way Site, Sutton in Ashfield. As a Customer Account Manager you will support and manage the end to end experience of both branch and 3rd party customers within the Conservatory Roofs department to produce technical drawings using templated software, provide accurate quotes and orders.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGERS DO:

• Manage account relationships for an assigned region and customers
• Service the end to end customer journey through quoting, order processing and logistic alignment for deliveries
• Design the full range of products, using design software, from quoting through to ordering
• Liaise with the Credit Control team to assess the suitability for customers to receive credit for products and services
• Manage and resolve customer queries, issuing suitable resolutions Previous experience working in a Customer Service/Account Management role
• Technical roofing knowledge/experience - desirable
• Experience with conservatory roofs in a similar role
• Good IT skills including AutoCAD/Design
• Able to work well with, and contribute to work within the team
• Good negotiating skills and a technical aptitude with the ability to problem solve SALARY: £26,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience plus excellent benefits
