What You'll Be Doing:


  • Taking inbound calls from existing customers-building relationships and solving problems like a pro.

  • Teaming up with the Sales crew to uncover new opportunities and boost customer value.

  • Creating quotes and supporting the sales process with precision and flair.

  • Helping launch monthly promos and new products-making sure customers are in the know.

  • Building and managing email campaigns that actually get clicks.

  • Working with marketing to bring fresh ideas to life.

  • ️ Keeping things organised with general admin tasks (filing, matching, processing).
