Salary + Benefits: £25000 - £30000 per annum

This role is ideal for a motivated Sales Administrator ready to take the next step in their career. If you have a can-do attitude, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and are confident on the phone and in person, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role:

After 6-9 months of thorough training, occasional UK travel (quarterly) may be required to visit clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide product information and support to new customers
  2. Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  3. Identify and convert new business opportunities
  4. Process and follow up on customer quotes and orders
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  6. Follow company sales processes and maintain CRM data
  7. Ensure compliance with quality procedures

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proficiency in computer use
  2. Strong written and verbal English skills
  3. Previous experience in sales or account management
  4. Confident communicator with great relationship-building skills
  5. Own transport preferred due to location

Hours:

Mon-Thurs: 8am-4:30pm
Friday: 8am-1:30pm
