The Role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will manage the entire loan process—from initial customer inquiries, assessing requirements and affordability, to processing loan agreements and supporting customers throughout their loan lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent rapport-building abilities both over the phone and face-to-face, and keen attention to detail. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and positive outcomes.

Salary

Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
