Our client is an established manufacturing facility based in the Harrogate area. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting a Customer Account Manager to join their established customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting existing clients and responding to their needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
