The Role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be involved in the entire process of providing loans to our customers. Your responsibilities include speaking to customers, establishing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout the loan lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent rapport building both on the phone and face-to-face, and an eye for detail. We are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
