Role Overview

As a Customer Account Handler, you'll be the first point of contact for a broad range of customers, helping to manage accounts, process enquiries and orders, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and commercially focused.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Discussing pricing, quotes, and tenders with confidence and clarity
  • Accurately processing customer orders and tracking them through to delivery
  • Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to business growth
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong understanding of products and pricing
