Customer Account Co-ordinator- £30,000 – £35,000 + bonus based in Padworth, Reading

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and great with people? We’re looking for a Customer Account Co-ordinator to become a key part of our growing support function. You’ll be working closely with a small, friendly team, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and helping deliver the best possible service to our customers.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from handling customer enquiries and updating the CRM, to supporting events and trade shows, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Making sure all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer calls and enquiries
  • Updating the CRM system with sales activities, customer details, and pipeline data
  • Supporting meetings, events, and trade shows alongside the sales and marketing teams
  • Keeping diaries up to date and ensuring customer follow-ups are never missed
  • Pitching in with wider admin tasks to keep the team running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong IT skills and confidence with business systems (CRM experience a bonus)
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and a genuine customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, or similar role
