TITLE: Customer Account Assistant

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:Permanent

LOCATION: Leicestershire

SALARY: £25,000 up to £29,000 depending on experience

HOURS:Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 Hours)

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client, who is looking for a Customer Account Assistant who has a real passion for agriculture and the environment.

Due to the expansion of the company, they are looking to seek an assistant to the Partnership Manager to assist with the day to day running of the company. An exciting opportunity for someone to work in a growing and developing business who will make a real mark within the environment. You must show that you have an interest in agriculture and the environment.

ROLE PROFILE:

  1. Contacting customers by phone to co-ordinate delivery schedules and brief delivery drivers with relevant paperwork.
  2. Liaising with the Production teams to meet customer needs.
  3. Produce invoices and quotes.
  4. Assist with marketing materials for upcoming events and manage social media platforms.
  5. Ensure the website is updated with current news and upcoming events.
  6. Attending conferences with the team to engage with potential customers.

Skills & Attributes

  1. Organised with excellent organisational skills.
  2. Good written and verbal skills.
  3. Work on own initiative.
  4. A passion for the natural environment.
  5. Driving license and car owner.
