Job description

Thrive Group is pleased to collaborate with our client in Melksham, who is actively seeking an experienced Customer Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage retail promotions within a busy team environment.
  2. Create quotes and book jobs with production, ensuring information accuracy before job commencement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous account management experience, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within budget and overlapping timescales with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Own transport is essential due to location.

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 09:00 to 17:30.
