Customer Account AdministratorFull-Time, Office-BasedChichester | Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm | Permanent Role

The role:

You'll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly, working closely with Account Managers and multiple departments. No two days are the same, and you'll get great exposure to different areas of the business,ideal for someone looking to build on their existing skills and grow their career.

  • Responding to internal emails and supporting Account Managers and colleagues across departments
  • Coordinating order information and ensuring accuracy across systems
  • Handling product sample requests and providing relevant product details
  • Processing purchase requests and managing associated administration
  • Liaising with departments to track orders, allocations, and stock quantities
  • Attending team meetings to share customer updates and insights
  • Updating the CRM system with accurate, detailed information
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer emails
