We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a highly organised Customer Account Administrator to join the team.

As a Customer Account Administrator, you will play an important role for the ongoing management of our existing client base. You will provide reactive support to the Customer Sales Account Managers, enabling them to concentrate on booking consultation appointments with a view to upselling our existing customers.

You will also be responsible for quoting for any additional equipment for our customers who we were unable to upsell through our Account Management team. Please note, this role is office-based 5 days a week in Bournemouth.

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills both face to face and on the phone.
  • Has strong customer service skills as well as high-level administration.
  • Is organised and has a high attention to detail.
  • Can work as part of a team, maintaining a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff.
  • Possess IT skills and have a working knowledge of Windows-based packages.
  • Holds a positive and a ‘can do’ attitude to all tasks presented to them
  • What would I be doing as a Customer Account Administrator at 4Com?

  • Produce sales packs with customer details for booked appointments on behalf of the sales executives
  • Complete costing sets using sensitive commercial information to assess the viability of upselling.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade customers and communicating to customer sales account managers.
  • Contacting customers on reactive enquiries for additional equipment, quoting and providing information and guidance based on their requirements.
  • Propose finance through select leasing companies, communicating acceptance or limitations to the Customer Account Managers.
