I am currently looking for a Customer Account Manager to join a friendly, well-established distribution team in Avonmouth. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, taking and processing orders via phone and email, and delivering outstanding customer service. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
Main Duties
Customer Assistance: Promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using available tools and resources.
Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, handle cancellations/modifications, and ensure a smooth buying experience.
Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of our product range to confidently assist customers.
Up-Selling: Spot opportunities to promote complementary products that add value for customers.
Professional Communication: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and respectful tone in all interactions.
Skills
1+ year of sales or customer service experience required
Experience in sales (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, customer-first attitude
Ability to commute to Avonmouth
