Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Overview

Salary: Circa £24,242 per annum pro rata

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 1pm to 5pm.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Access Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing first-point resolution for our valued customers and stakeholders. This is an exciting role which will give you a real insight into each and every aspect of Coastline, with each day presenting unique challenges and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of telephone calls with professional and effective communication.
  • Utilise your initiative to manage urgent situations and problem-solve to achieve timely outcomes.
