A charitable social landlord in Cornwall is seeking a dedicated Customer Access Advisor to provide outstanding customer service and first-point resolutions. The role involves handling telephone inquiries, managing urgent situations, and resolving issues efficiently. Salary: Circa £24,242 per annum pro rata
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 1pm to 5pm.
